What is High Country Clothing Co.’s Return Policy?

High Country Clothing Co. offers a 10 day return policy. If you would like to return an item you have purchased, you may do so within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus original shipping & handling. Product must be returned in like new condition in original packaging. Only original purchaser with proof of purchase will be warranted. Second hand or re-sold product will not be warranted. Normal wear and tear is not permitted as warrant-able nor are returns requested from misuse or neglect. Products returned without prior authorization will be refused. Limited edition / Pre-Order / Final Sale items may not be returned.

You may exchange your item for an applicable re-shipment fee. Fee will very on location/weight of package. Your package will not re-ship until this fee is paid.

What if the mail carrier looses my package?

High Country Clothing Co. is not responsible for lost items. Buyer must file a claim with the carrier.

What if my box is returned to High Country Clothing Co.’s Warehouse?

If your Package is returned to the shipper/warehouse:

  • If the box is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we require the customer to pay a $10 reshipping fee to reship the box. ($10 for United States, and $21.75 for international orders)

  • If the box is undeliverable due to a 'Hold Expiration', we require the customer to pay a $10 shipping fee to reship the box. ($10 for United States, and $21.75 for international orders)

In order for your package to reship you will be invoiced your shipping fee. Package will not re-ship until invoice is paid.

High Country Clothing Co. is not responsible for delayed Pre-Order Items that may be delayed due to Covid-19.
